Cherry strudel
You will need :
2,5 tbsp corn starch
5 tbsp. sugar
800 g cherry
1 Cup crushed crackers
powdered sugar – 2 tbsp
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp cinnamon
egg – 1 PC.
flour – 200 g
salt – pinch
lemon juice – 1 tsp
butter – 100 g
125 ml cold water
100 g of margarine
Instructions
To prepare the puff pastry. Flour with salt sift on your work surface. On a separate cutting Board to chop with a knife the butter and margarine so that they are well mixed. Sifted flour to grind with 4 article L. butter-margarine mixture. The remaining mixture is put in a bowl and leave in a warm place.
Grinded flour to collect a slide. Top to make a recess, pour water and lemon juice. Knead the dough. Knead until it becomes very soft and elastic. Molded the dough into a ball, cover with cling film and leave for 30 mins in the fridge.

The second part of the test roll out to a rectangle measuring 33 by 18 cm to Trim the edges. Egg, lightly beat and brush them free from the filling edge of the bottom layer. Carefully put the top layer. Use a fork to secure the edges of the strudel.
